The ‘Pack led early in the second game, then extended their lead to as much as four after an Ashley England kill made it 15-11. Mobile fought back to even the game at 19 on a block and at 20 on a kill. Gill answered with two straight kills, forcing the Lady Rams into a timeout. Serving set point, the Maroon and Gold let Mobile off the hook with a service error to tie the game at 24. The teams played to four ties, then Sherling scored on two consecutive kills for Mobile to go up 24-22. LU stayed alive on an attack error, but another missed served ended the game, 25-23, and put Mobile’s win-streak at five against the Wolfpack.
