The incoming freshman received the Lisa Aucoin Award for leadership in volleyball and was named Athlete of the Year in 2013-14. Additionally, Boyd lettered in track and field and cheerleading while serving as student body co-president as a senior. She also received the Principal’s Service Award in social justice.
“I am thrilled to add Shelby to our roster,” said head coach Angela Franke. “Her passion for volleyball and competitive spirit are evident on and off the court. She is a hard worker and is always seeking ways to improve. She will be a great presence in our front row with her blocking ability and I’m looking forward to her contributions to this program.”
