The Lady Bears quickly responded with a shot of their own with the score 56-24 at the 16:41 mark.

After a Wolfpack timeout, senior Amy Sprout forced a Bears Turnover and went coast-to-coast for a layup. At the 14:21 mark, Loyola was now on a 6-0 run after a Brewer field goal. Truett-McConnell converted on their field goal attempts but another Wolfpack steal and basket put the ‘Pack up 66-28.

Loyola continued to tear through the Lady Bears as Council connected on back-to-back field goals with the score 80-35 at the 6:43 mark. Truett-McConnell never got the best of Loyola as the ‘Pack took the game with a final score of 97-53.
