The Loyola University New Orleans baseball team is encouraging all students, alumni and supporters to attend the March 25 game against Lee University as a way to help disaster relief efforts in Japan.

The Loyola University New Orleans baseball team went ahead early 4-0 and had 21 batters reach base, as it completed the sweep over Blackburn College on Wednesday night, 8-6.
Carl Labit, Jr. pitched 6.1 strong innings in relief, as the Loyola baseball team came back from a 6-0 deficit to beat Blackburn College, 12-11. The ’Pack scored five runs in the eighth inning to provide just enough cushion to seal the victory over the Beavers.
Steve Daigle, Jr. hit his first career home run and gave the Loyola University Wolfpack baseball team the lead over 12th-ranked Belhaven in the fifth inning, but the Blazers’ bats came alive in the late innings and took game three of the series, 6-3.
