Loyola fell 79-78 in overtime to AUM in the regular season finale Saturday at AUM’s Physical Education Complex. Michael Acoff hit a layup with one second remaining to give AUM the win after Aleksander Matoski had sent the game to overtime.

Loyola University New Orleans opened their series against William Carey University with a 2-1 victory over their SSAC rivals. However, the Crusaders bounced back by winning game two of the doubleheader 8-2 on Saturday at Segnette Field.

Loyola University New Orleans fell to Belhaven University 72-69 in overtime on Thursday night in Heidelberg Gymnasium. McCall Tomeny tied the game late in regulation but Loyola could not hit a last second shot to force a second extra period.
